5 day Alkaline Detox with Food

This detox is an Alkaline based fast used to target the detoxification of the different organs and systems of the body. This comes with 5 herbals teas, two meals and a planner/guide to assist you with detoxing the body and devising a plan to continue a healthy lifestyle well after your have completed your detox program. The suggested amount of time to detox is a minimum of 5 days. When ordering levels 2-6 the sweetener used is agave. 

Level 1: This detox includes the herbal teas as is with no flavor or added sweeteners. (Suggested for someone who is sensitive to sugar or is diagnosed with diabetes). 

Level 2: This detox includes the herbal teas with mild flavor and some sweetener to mask the tastes of the herbal teas. 

Level 3: This detox includes the herbal teas with robust flavor and sweetener to completely mask the tastes of the herbal teas. (Suggested for someone is new completely new to herbs and is sensitive to bitter tastes).

Level 4: This detox includes herbal teas only. No food is included in this detox. 

Level 5: This detox includes herbal teas only with mild flavor and sweetener. No food is included in this detox. 

Level 6: This detox includes herbal teas only with full flavor and sweetener to mask the tastes of the teas. No food is included in this detox.
